Peter Phillips Gin is a celebration of two originals coming together — iconic British Pop Artist Peter Phillips and Noosa Heads Distillery, Noosa's first distillery. Two creative forces united by a shared spirit of curiosity, craft, and doing things differently.

Peter was drawn to Noosa Heads Distillery not just for the gin, but for what it represented — independent thinking, uncompromising quality, and a boldness of character. He spent time there because, much like his art, it was never about following the expected. It was about craftsmanship, character and flavour — and a deep respect for things made with intention, integrity and soul.

This second release celebrates the popularity of the first while continuing that story through flavour.

Crafted in small batches using a refined selection of premium botanicals, the palate is bright, layered and full of personality. Fresh lemon and dried honeydew melon bring a vibrant, lifted freshness, while juniper anchors the spirit with classic structure. Cassia cinnamon, coriander and angelica add warmth and depth, softened by delicate lavender petals, Chinese green tea and a clean lemongrass finish.

The result is a gin that feels both adventurous and refined — aromatic, citrus-forward, softly spiced and unmistakably original.

About Peter Phillips

As one of the defining pioneers of British Pop Art, Peter Phillips helped shape one of the most influential art movements of the 20th century. Emerging from the Royal College of Art in London, Peter was among the earliest artists to push Pop Art into bold new territory — bringing together consumer culture, machinery, symbolism, collage and fine art in a way that helped define the movement before it was fully recognised. A friend and peer of artists including Brett Whiteley, David Hockney, Allen Jones and R.B. Kitaj, and later exhibited alongside major international names of the era, Peter's work helped push British Pop Art onto the global stage.
