Noosa Heads Distillery’s 2000 Litre Copper Pot Reflux Still is a statement in its own. With a total weight of 3.75 Tonnes, This behemoth of a still, produces Noosa Heads Distillery’s fine spirits.It has diverse capabilities, with each column differentiating from its predecessor. Each spirits unique flavour profile is formed through our traditional distilling methods, Our Gin is bathed and boiled much like a traditional London Dry, our Single Malt is pot to condenser keeping true to its roots. Every single NHD product is hand crafted, from the bottling & labelling to packaging - truly artisan and truly local.

Here at Noosa Heads Distillery - we believe in keeping the ingredients we put into our spirits as natural and pure as the process we use to make it. Its our goal to source natural & organic ingredients and botanicals for all of our products. From our fresh North Qld Honeydew Melon to our dedicated Noosa Heads Distillery barley field located in the NSW Riverina. We only use Australian Grown barley, reducing our shipping footprint. Our premium malt house has also been accredited as one of the most sustainable malt houses in the world, which in turn reduces our carbon footprint by up to 30%

Since day one, we have strived to be as sustainable as possible! The roof of our Distillery is covered with 94 kilowatts of solar panels, so on a sunny day (which we have close to 300 of per year) our facility is run 100% by the sun.All off our brewing & botanical waste, is sent to a local farmer to feed breeding cattle. This means that the organic matter coming into our brewery is then sent back into the biosphere instead of down the drain.

You've got to pay this place a visit if you're in Noosa. Not only us the food excellent (epic Reuben) the beer is delicious and offers some surprises. Noosa Gin is on site as well, with the Distillery adding to the variety.

"Amazing! This place is beautiful, it’s big with lots of outdoor, but covered areas. They do great beers but also distill their own vodka, gin and whiskey available to taste. The staff were so great and helpful, the cook even made a special patty for our dog free of charge! My fish and chips was yummy too!"
